Application
Prospective resident must fill out an application.
- The application fee is $25 per applicant.
- We require a minimum credit score of 600 for all duplexes and town homes, 575 credit score for all apartments and community owned manufactured homes in our community.
- Additionally we require a gross income of 3 times the rental amount.
Pets
We do have a pet policy that prohibits the vicious breeds as listed here as well as any dog that exhibits aggressive behavior.
